DARE to Live Your Life


Ever since I can remember, I have always been that person that worries about making everybody else happy...worrying about what my mom thinks and what my family thinks of my decisions and choices. I can look back on my life and tell you numerous situations that I made a choice based off of what I thought my family would approve of. As I got older I realized that had to change.


 I vowed a few years ago to never let anything or anyone influence my decisions and choices but me, myself and God. When you realize that you won't be happy until you fully focus on yourself then you will never be living your life truly for you.

Dare to live your life for you and nobody else. From the the clothes you wear, to the food you eat, to type of soap you use...IT'S YOUR LIFE!!!

When I saw this DARE sweatshirt I had the outfit already laid out I my head and I had this blog post written mentally. I pieced this outfit to together with the "Dare to live your life" title in mind simply because I know that I would have never worn this (short skirt and knee high boots) years ago due to living my life for everybody else. You have to choose to be happy with your life....nobody has to live it but you.

    First off, I love love love this outfit!!! Secondly,I just commented on one of your other posts about embracing my girly-tomboy style. I have been struggling over what other people would think of my new style which is very similar to the look you have here but you are so right I can only live my life. This post is definitely right on time for me.
