I have always enjoyed being comfortable, loose tees and jeans, sneakers, hoodies, jacket and no make-up was my go to look back in the day. Anything that required to much effort was not happening in my closet. A main comfort piece to me a jean jacket, it’s simple, classic and most of all comfortable.
I remember a few years back I was on the search for a jean jacket. I didn't’ have much money at the time but I really, really needed to have a jean jacket. Everywhere I searched they were running like $30 for one and I just wasn't (couldn't) paying that. One day I decided that I was going to go from thrift store to thrift store to find one. I found the perfect one that day (it’s still me favorite) and since my small collection has grown to about 7 different jackets. “Hi, my name is Tierra and I am addicted to jean jackets.”
For me, fall is all about my jean jackets. It’s the season where my jean jackets can come out and play. I will pair a jean jacket with any and everything!! A jean jacket to me makes an outfit go from just okay to being that piece that you need to bring an outfit together.
So it was only fitting that for this last outfit I incorporate one of my favorite fall things for this (every) season. I decided to play off a comfortable, fun look and pair the skirt with a crop top, jean jacket and for that mixed print a leopard scarf. I also added some color with my yellow Chucks which are a most have for me during summer, spring and fall.
