The holiday season is here and I cannot believe that Christmas will be here in 8 days and a New Year in 14 days?! Where did this year go? This is my favorite time of year by far. Ever since I was a child I can remember the joy and warm that filled my heart when the holidays approached. I love the joy and happiness that I feel when I see the Christmas lights, go to the Christmas play at church, put up my Christmas tree and have fun with my family. I just love everything about this time of year.

I remember when I was younger my mom would also get dressed up to attend her office holiday party. She would buy a new dress, new shoes, get all dolled up and go out on the town. I would always say I couldn't wait to get a real job where I would have an office party to attend. Well I have yet to have that luxury in my adult years and I have a real job. So this year (still no party to attend) I decided that I would put together a look book with three outfits that I would wear to different holiday parties. Anybody want to invite a sister to a party, I’m available.

My first look is the perfect look for the office party. I paired a red lace flare dress with a white button up underneath it and a low heeled strappy shoe for dancing. I also wanted to create more of a waist so I wore my gold small plated belt. For jewelry I went simple to not take away from the look and paired pearl earrings and bracelets. Now for me no party look is complete without some type of bag so I pulled this outfit together with my gold chained black clutch.
