Summer, I Think Its Over


This past weekend I came to the realization that summer is just about over but in my heart I really feel like pulling a Kanye, “Fall, Imma let you finish but Summer…” Atlanta did allow summer to stick around for as long as it could but the night air is definitely feeling real fall like.


I bought both of these pieces at the beginning of summer and had major plans for them but as summer went on they were lost in my sea of clothes. I decided for my goodbye I would pull these pieces out for a day of fun in the sun. 

I paired these striped pants with a sheer white shirt for a simple, comfortable yet chic look. The pants have a great stretch and they can be a transitional fall piece as well as the shirt paired with a cardigan or a blazer and a scarf so don't trip if you see these pieces sometime soon in the future. 

I didn't think I was ready for fall weather but then I thought about the boots, the scarves and sweaters oh my! I have finally decided to say goodbye to my dear friend summer.
