Mother Nature finally decided to bless the south with some of those fall temperatures, some 60’s and 70’s which have been amazing! Fall for me is all about hats, warm colors and layers that will take me right into those winter months. Fall brings so many great colors, burnt orange, mustard yellow, beautiful browns and all different shades of green such as hunter and army green. One color that I rarely play around with is that deep rich burgundy color.

This fall I decided to change that and to my surprise I had quite a few burgundy pieces in my closet that I had never worn, that still had the tags on it. Don’t judge me, y’all know y’all do it too and yes I am giving y’all the side eye right now because I’m sure you’re judging me. None the less, I pulled these pieces out of the closet to create this Fall Formation look. My two braids with my fedora, complete Beyoncé vibes in Formation.

I to put together an outfit that was comfy but cute and chic and this was perfect. I paired this ribbed mock neck midi dress with my fedora to give me that burgundy color play to make it trendy and chic. Then because of the fall temps I threw my jean jacket over it to give it that casual look. Lastly for comfort why not throw on my Converse, a girls shoe to take an outfit right to comfy chic. I was in Formation!
